ARBI FRY / CHAMADUMPALA VEPUDU

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chamadumpalu / Arbi : 250 gms
  • Oil : 4 tbsp
  • Turmeric : ¼ tsp
  • Salt : as required
  • Red chilly powder : 2 tsp

PROCEDURE :

  • Wash chamadumpalu thoroughly and boil.
  • once boiled peel and cut into halves or leave them just like that
  • In a pan heat oil and add arbi and fry till golden brown on low-medium flame
  • Don’t keep on mixing with ladle but stir occassionally
  • Now add turmeric,salt and red chilly powder and fry for 2-3 mins and turn off the heat
  • Crispy arbi fry is ready
  • Serve hot as accompany to rice and dal
NOTE :

Arbi should be boiled properly
otherwise it irritates your throat
