- Place milk in a thick-bottomed pan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for about thirty minutes, stirring frequently.
- Let the cream thicken at the edge of the pan. Add sugar and continue to simmer till milk is thick and creamy and reduced to less than half the original quantity.
- Serve with malpua,jalebi ,shahi tukre,gulab jamun or eat it just like that
