RAITA

INGREDIENTS:

  • Curd : 1 cup
  • Onion : 1
  • Green chillies : 2
  • Ginger : 1inch piece
  • Tomato : 1 small
  • Coriander leaves : few​
  • Salt : according to your taste​

PREPERATION

  • ​Chop onions,green chillies,ginger,coriander,tomato finely
  • ​Add the chopped ingredients ,salt to the curd and mix well
  • ​Raitha is ready to be served
  • ​You can also add grated kheera,carrot for extra colour and taste if you like
